We started our Monday morning with a little escape to Wye Mountain Flowers and Berries, a beautiful 18-acre farm tucked away in Central Arkansas 🌾🫐 With 8 acres of berries and 3 acres of flowers, it’s the kind of place that instantly slows you down—in the best way.

The farm opens from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m., so we got there bright and early to beat the heat (pro tip: it will get hot—bring water and a hat!). The first hour was cool and peaceful, and by the end we had three full buckets of blueberries and one of blackberries. Worth every drop of sweat!

If you’re looking for a little fresh air, pretty views, and a farm-to-table kind of morning, this is such a lovely outing just outside of town.

🧘‍♀️One of my favorite 2025 purchases so far💯: this vibration platform (or shaky machine, as I lovingly call it). I first saw someone use it in a seated position on Instagram to unwind after a long day—and let me tell you, it works. But that’s just the beginning.

I’ve been using it standing for about 10 minutes a day, and the way it shakes your whole body is amazing. Not only does it feel incredible after being on my feet all day at the salon, but it also supports lymphatic drainage—which is a huge bonus for overall wellness.
