Work out with me at home as a mom of a 3 and 2 year old! 💪 @onepeloton has been a lifesaver for me on days when I can’t get out of the house to run so a work out during the kids naps is the perfect window to squeeze in some me time. I always start with @just.ingredients electrolytes, they’re truly a clean product and half the cost of other electrolytes I’ve seen on the market! Next, a 5 minute pre-ride warm up with @hannahcorbinnyc before getting my cardio in! Today’s ride was a 30 minute hip-hop ride with @alextoussaint25! I thought I was celebrating 450 rides, but it turns out it was 449 😂 So I went for a PR instead! Spoiler alert: I PRed!! ⭐️ I’m always amazed at how fast I think I’m going and then you watch a video like this and realize it’s not as fast as you thought lol. After the cool-down, I always squeeze in a 10 minute arms and light weights workout. I love the high reps with low weight for some serious tone work. Finally, I end with a protein shake also from @just.ingredients!
