Today was a full day of running so I needed something comfy and cool in this crazy heat and humidity! This top is so such a great fabric. These jeans are soft and lightweight. These flats are next level comfortable! Wearing small in top and 25 in jeans.

These caramelized sweet potatoes are insanely delicious and so easy!!!

Preheat oven to 375 f.
Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut the tip off each end of sweet potato.
Cut each potato in half lengthwise.
Rub down all sides with olive oil.
Season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and light sprinkle of garlic salt.
Baked for 1 hour.
Rest for 10 minutes before removing potato from tray.
