My body has changed, like actually changed.
And I know why. Life happened, motivation came and went, discipline was easy until it wasn’t. There were seasons where the working out just wasn’t the priority and honestly sometimes it still isn’t.
But here’s what didn’t change…I never stopped wearing the bikini, never stopped buying the cute outfits, never stopped going on the holidays, the dinners, the nights out.
The confidence was always there. It just had to learn a new body. And I think that’s what nobody talks about…bodies change. They’re supposed to. Stress, life, relationships, just getting older and actually living…it all shows up on you eventually. That’s not failure. That’s just being a person.
As long as you’re healthy, happy and actually living your life-that’s enough.
You don’t have to earn the bikini, the outfit, the photo. You were always allowed 🫶
And truthfully that’s my goal here…not to just tell you to love your body…but to just keep showing you that life doesn’t have to pause while you figure that out. You’re worth so much more than how you look and always have been ❤️
