WE MADE IT!!!! 31 day steps & supplements challenge is complete! I relearned that moving my body doesn’t have to be a chore. I enjoyed my new routine of walking & watching a show during Rome’s first nap of the day. I feel proud of myself for sticking to my goal and seeing it through even on days when it was inconvenient. And last, I learned it’s never to late to start prioritizing and loving my self and body again. As cheesy as that sounds it hits home postpartum.
