You can make savory & protein packed and sweet & fruity mixtures.

Cook, steam, blend!

Spread into trays & freeze

Pull out cubes and put into a glass container in the fridge to thaw for meals!

This system has been so helpful to us 🙌🏼

This one is vegetable beef stew! It makes so many little cubes when you batch it in bulk like this! He usually eats 2-3 cubes per meal. He loves them & ingredients are 👌🏼

Just make sure to thaw cubes in fridge 24 hrs before you plan to serve them.
