Two springs ago, I planted these Reliance grapes on either side of our backyard gate with a trellis for them to grow on. We secured the trellis to the fence with a bunch of heavy-duty zip ties, and it also stakes into the ground for extra support. Now the grapes have completely covered it, creating this secret garden-inspired entrance and it’s so fun being able to walk through and pick our own grapes.
