I start with a linen fitted sheet, then a linen duvet cover (I don’t use a top sheet), then I layer the kantha quilt on top before folding back. Next, I toss the cream knit blanket topped with the burgundy waffle knit. Layer the pillows and I’m done! Unfortunately the lumbar pillow is old from target and no longer available LTKHome
