Wearing a large in the Zara faux leather jacket, I wear it SO much. It sold out so many times last year, I’m glad they brought it back. Wearing a medium in the brown leather jacket and the windbreaker. So my colorway in the windbreaker is sold out but they JUST released a new color and it’s selling quickly, it’s so good. Wearing a 36 in the Magda trench. I realize it’s very pricey so I linked a Zara one that is giving a similar vibe and helsa classic looking one I love also. I’m wearing a 38 in the barn jacket. 1. START TREATING YOUR HANDS LIKE YOUR FACE.

I’m serious. Start lifting weights NOW. Building muscle in your 20s and 30s gives you a head start on maintaining it as you age. Your 40 yr butt will thank you.

4. STOP WAITING UNTIL YOUR HAIR STARTS THINNING TO CARE ABOUT YOUR SCALP.
Stop frying your hair and pulling it into tight hairstyles. And if you notice unusual shedding, get it checked before you’re spending a fortune trying to fix it.

5. WEAR SUNGLASSES EVEN WHEN YOU DON’T NEED THEM.
Not just for the outfit. UV protection for your eyes AND less squinting. Consider this permission to buy another pair of sunglasses.💁🏼‍♀️

6. FLOSS YOUR DAMN TEETH.
Gum recession isn’t something you can undo with an expensive toothpaste. Your smile is part of your anti-aging routine, whether you realize it or not.

7. STOP BUYING CLOTHES JUST BECAUSE THEY’RE ON SALE.
A $40 sweater you never wear isn’t a bargain. If you can’t make three outfits with things you already own, you’re just collecting clothes and wondering why you have nothing to wear.

8. STOP BUYING AN ENTIRELY NEW OUTFIT EVERY TIME YOU HAVE SOMEWHERE TO GO

You need a quality blazer, perfect fitting denim, an insane coat and shoes that make even your most basic outfit look expensive. Buy less, but buy better.

And PLEASE stop picking apart your appearance. One day you’ll look back at those photos and wonder what the hell you were complaining about.
