The jeans!!! it’s really hard to find a pair of wide leg jeans that still make your ass look great. I’m wearing my usual size in a long because I’m 5’10. you will love these jeans if you like high waisted, jeans with a bit of a stretch, a wide leg, but still flattering that doesn’t flat in your butt and has a zipper instead of buttons. 1.co2 around the eyes — I felt like it dried my skin out and made my wrinkles worse. I should have stuck with microneedling.
2.peptides — can’t stop won’t stop. The glow, the hair growth so many benefits. I’m on the Glow blend and NAD. I get mine at beautyandthebeachilm. They can ship them. I take them five days a week with two days off.
3.acupuncture — makes me a better mom and wife
4.carbon laser — have a big event? Do this.
5.glutathione — i swear by it. brightening is real. I take it every day.
6.lip filler — as long as it’s done correctly. wrong injector and it shows. I get about 1/2 syringe every 3 yrs
7.lip flip — felt like this was a waste of money. I couldn’t drink out of a straw and it wore off so quickly.
8.lip lift — a million times yes. best thing i’ve ever done to my face. Shortened my philtrum which made me more feminine looking.
9.co2 laser (not around the eyes) — without hesitation. Erase’s fine lines, smooths out texture and gives you clear skin. I do this 2x a year
10.lip tattoo — undecided. I found it really painful but I really like how pronounced it made my lips look, but I still wear lipstick.

12.laser hair removal — is the sky blue. never looking back. Duh
13.microcurrent — it really works. A bit time-consuming, but the lifting is noticeable. Use almost everyday.
14.microneedling with pdgf — i’ll die on this hill. Improves your texture, helps with collagen production, fine lines, and gives you an insane healthy glow. I get this done every other month.
15.teeth bleaching — forever and ever. non-negotiable. The at home treatments don’t touch what you can do in office. I get this done once a year.
16.sculptra — hell yes. collagen is being built as we speak. I get 4 vials a year.
17.hormone replacement therapy — life changing. i feel like myself again.
18.pemf mat — everyday. Helps with recovery, stress. sleep, deep relaxation
19.led lights — i think you can guess. 4x a week, non-negotiable.
