For the liquid exfoliation, I like to do that on the weekends because I will wait 10 minutes for the product to do its magic before I start my skin flooding routine. For the pads, I will do those at night time. I rotate these two times a week. So I exfoliate twice a week. part of the Sephora sale.

i’m 42 and i’ve tried every anti-aging treatment. here are my honest pain ratings 👇
1.co2 laser — spicy but manageable. 100% worth it.
2.filler — barely felt it. but i’m done with filler now though.
3.lip lift — surprisingly painless
4.acupuncture — relaxing honestly. zero pain.
5.hydrafacial — feels like a facial. no pain at all.
6.in-office microneedling — actually find this relaxing but spicy around the nose
7.sculptra — this one got me. most painful on the list.
8.teeth bleaching — not nearly as bad as the horror stories I heard, just annoying but SO worth it
9.prp — I found this kind of painful and didn’t see many benefits
10.yag laser — completely painless
11.at-home microneedling — nothing compared to the real thing.
12.lip filler — painful! Wait, I will still do this for filler, but I don’t do it very often because it lasts forever
13.rf microneedling — hurt and I’m afraid of fat loss never again. next up: xerf laser.
14.botox — quick pinch. easiest thing
15.ipl laser — little spicy but so worth it.
16.dermaplaning — zero pain, weirdly satisfying.
17. microcurrent— nothing. feels like a face massage.
