Zara is KILLING it rn

These pants might be the most comfortable thing I’ve ever put on my body. I ordered a size too big. They run true to size. I don’t know why I ordered up. Wearing a small in the top. Tall girl friendly!

I realize this is a lot. Trust me, I’m not suggesting you need to do all of it.
To make it easier, I broke everything down below based on the result you’re actually looking for👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻

✨ Loss of glow → microneedling with PDGF, vitamin C, tretinoin, glycolic weekly, glow peptide
☀️ Sun damage & pigmentation → IPL, prescription pigment products like the Obagi , daily tinted mineral SPF, niacinamide
💉 Collagen loss → Microneedling, Sculptra, tretinoin, Xerf
😴 Crepey skin & texture → CoolPeel, microneedling, growth factors
⬇️ Sagging & jowls → Xerf!!!, Sculptra, microcurrent
💧 Dry, tired-looking skin → Barrier repair, peptides, hydration before anything else, glow peptide

If I had a limited budget, I’d focus on the treatment that best matches the result I’m after instead of trying to do everything at once.

The biggest lesson I’ve learned is that you don’t need every treatment. You just need the right treatment for the concern you’re trying to improve.

*I get my peptides from beautyandthebeach

I gasped every single one of these pieces

I’ve wasted enough money over the years to make this list.

Recently I had ordered a pair of Saint Laurent blue light glasses, and I returned them immediately because they were just too big. These are perfection and not nearly as expensive, wearing a small in the Amazon tank.

When I had melasma, I felt like it was the first thing I would see every time I looked in the mirror. I felt ugly. If you’re struggling with this too, I get it.

Here’s exactly what helped me get rid of it for good:
1. Obagi Nu Derm Clear RX. This cream helped my melasma the most. You need a script for it though. I mixed mine in my tretinoin. It gives you the glowiest skin. I also linked one you don’t need a script for, but it takes a bit longer to start working
2. Tinted mineral sunscreen- the tint contains iron oxides, which provide significantly better protection against visible light, especially the wavelengths that can trigger pigmentation in melasma-prone skin.
3. Reapplied my SPF. Most people don’t use enough sunscreen and don’t reapply. I linked the sunscreen powder I use on top of my makeup.
3. Wore hats—but not just any hat.
I learned that heat can be a trigger for melasma. I avoided tight hats that trapped heat against my forehead and looked for breathable options whenever possible. (Linked some of my breathable favorites)
4. Vitamin C every morning. This became part of my daily routine and helped support my overall pigment-fighting routine.
5. Niacinamide helped support my overall pigment-fighting routine. It can help reduce the transfer of pigment within the skin. I use every morning.
7. Tretinoin several nights a week. This helped with cell turnover and was a huge part of my long-term skin strategy.
8. Regular chemical peels. Chemical peels helped speed up the fading process and kept my skin looking more even. I personally loved the VI Peel.
9. I paid attention to heat. This was a big one. For some people, melasma isn’t just triggered by UV exposure. Heat can play a role too, which is why I became much more mindful of prolonged heat exposure. (now that I have my melasma under control, I can do things like hot Pilates and hot yoga, but in the beginning, I needed to be super careful)

Wearing a small

#LTKTravel #LTKdayinmylife #LTKootd
So I’m wearing my usual size in the jeans, but they’re a little bit loose but I like them that way. So if you like them tighter, definitely size down tall girl friendly! I’m 5’10.

Here’s one way I would style these shoes

#LTKootd #LTKTravel #LTKstorytime
8 outfits that will have you saying, “I’m not a regular mom. I’m a cool mom.”

#LTKootd #LTKmomlife #LTKOver40
1. Yeast mask – 1x a week
2. Clarifying shampoo – 1x a weel
3. Peptides –I do this 5x a week, skip weekends. I am on the glow blend. I get mine from BeautyAndTheBeach.
4. Cellulite device – every few days. Do this in the shower while your body is warmed up
5. Microneedling – every six weeks
6. Nails/pedicure – every three weeks
7. Hormones – talk to you doc about this
8. NAD – I do this 1x a week
9. Dermaplaning – 1x a week
10. Collagen mask – 1-2x a week
11. Spray tan – 1x a week
12. Exercise/lift weights – 5x a week
13. Microcurrent – 4x a week
14. LED helmet – 4x a week
15. Haircut & extensions – 1x a month
16. LED mask – 4x a week
17. Greens – 1x a day
18. Teeth whitening – 1x a week

Microneedling – I do this at home about every 6 weeks. I use hyaluronic acid for slip, make sure everything is meticulously clean, and follow with growth factors and hydration. I like to do it on the top of my knees, my stretch marks, my face, my neck and my chest, but you can basically do it anywhere where you want better skin texture, fine lines improved, and collagen production.

*not medical advice. Just sharing what’s currently on my maintenance list at 42.

I was so embarrassed, I went out with the tags hanging from my arm🫠 on the bright side, I got a compliment. Someone stopped me and asked me where I got my top from. Tags and all.😂 wearing a small

@kittenish

I believe my top is sold out in the polka dot, but it’s still available in the brown. It definitely looks more expensive than what it is.

#LTKootd #LTKstorytime #LTKOver40
these are for you if...
• you're 5'8 or under (i'm 5'10 and they're slightly short on me)
• you want your ass to look incredible
• you like a little stretch in your jeans
• you love high waisted
• you're over barrel and straight leg - these are boot cut and make your legs look like they’re miles long

Run tts but if you’re in between sizes, size down because they have stretch

I would’ve paid a lot more money for this top. I freaking love it. I’m wearing a small. I also have it in the cream color as well.

#LTKootd #LTKgrwm #LTKdayinmylife
My yearly skin treatment protocol:

• Botox every 3 months
• IPL once a year (face, neck, and chest)
• CoolPeel laser 2x per year
• Sculptra throughout the year as needed (typically 4 vials total)
• Microneedling with PDGF every 6 weeks
• Xerf 1x a year
• Consistent tretinoin, SPF, and pigment control at home

Melasma:

Obagi Nu Derm Clear RX is the product that helped my melasma the most. You need a script for it though. I mixed mine in my tretinoin. It gives you the glowiest skin. I also linked one. You don’t need a script for, but it takes a bit longer to start working. Also, what helped me significantly was never letting my face touch the sun.

The skincare products I use religiously and the makeup products that help me look fresher, healthier, and less tired are linked below.
