OK, I confess. I ate way too many Mike’s pastries in Boston and now I’m regretting it. Anyway, here’s my tried and true method to losing the weight by the weekend.
1. Incorporate sprints. I do these 2x
a week at a one incline, for 20 seconds. I do about 2-3 at a 13.4 speed.
2. I don’t miss a HIIT workout. I lift as heavy as I can. I do this 4x a week.
3. I take a liver shot 2x a day.
4. I use my sauna blanket at least 1x a week
5. I take liposomal glutathione daily.
6. I prioritize sleep and spray about 6-8 sprays of magnesium on my stomach before bed and I take melatonin 3 mg every night
7. I use my vibration plate at least 1x a day for 15 min
8. And self tanner. It will literally do nothing to help you to lose weight 😂but it makes me feel so much more confident when I have a little bit of extra pudge.

(Not mentioned, I stop eating at 7 PM every night, I avoid carbs, specifically grains, and I cut out sugar)
