this outfit is such a good mix of sporty and feminine. I love the capris with the oversized windbreaker (it’s men’s but who cares), but it’s the pink heels that completely change the look. Add the black clutch and sunglasses and suddenly leggings feel very chic💁🏼‍♀️

The bronzer shade I use soleil parfait 2. Also that brush I linked is key. I’m not usually someone that spends a lot of money on brushes but the way that one is shaped is so great for contouring. I use the smaller tip for around my nose and I also use the bronzer as an eyeshadow as well including under the jaw line. I put it along the hood of my eyes. And then the bigger end of the brush for your cheek bones in your forehead.

I know the jeans are stupid expensive. I don’t know why they need to be so freaking expensive. That being said, cost per wear is a real thing. I literally could throw away every single one of my pairs of jeans and just keep this pair. I’m 5’10 and have a very straight figure. They give the illusion of me having a butt and having a waist. $I’d probably be better off letting you think this all just happens naturally, but here we are… so the kiehl’s avocado eye cream is my favorite before makeup. I basically bake it under my eyes and my concealer looks so much smoother. The dermalogica is completely different. I use that one more for the thinning, hollow look, and I’ve really been really impressed with how much smoother and plumper my under eyes look. So both are great products. Also, the protein in the coffee is key. I literally taste like a frothy drink u would get at a café AND I’m getting protein first thing in the morning which I struggle with getting so I love it. I buy the unflavored one. for lashes, I rotate between grandelash and rodan + fields and both have made my lashes ridiculously long but I had to pick just one though, I’d probably go with grandelash Also I was able to get a discount code for you guys for the laser. i’ve tried every f*cking anti-aging thing. my honest ratings (part 4) 👇🏻

1. Under-eye patches – Temporary hydration. They feel good, but that’s about it.
2. HPR pro shot – My skin LOVES this. Fine lines look softer, my skin looks smoother, and I can actually see a difference when I use it consistently.
3. Vitamin C – Brightens, protects against daily damage + supports collagen. This will always be in my routine. Linked the ones I love, I rotate them.
4. Facial cupping – Maybe some temporary depuffing? I’m not convinced beyond that.
5. Silk pillowcase – Less friction on my skin and hair and way fewer sleep creases.
6. Microcurrent – I actually see a lift when I’m consistent. Unfortunately, consistency is the problem.
7. Azelaic acid – So good for redness and uneven tone. Wish I started this sooner. Talked more about this below.
8. Collagen powder – There’s research behind it. Can I personally tell it’s working? Not really. Still taking it. Linked my two favorites
9. LED mask – This got rid of SO much of my redness. I’ve talked to so many other people who’ve noticed the same thing. Consistency really matters with this one.
10. Sculptra – I’m 43. I want collagen. This stimulates your body to make more of its own, which is exactly why I do it.
11. Glutathione – I take it for the antioxidant benefits, but seeing my actual lab numbers improve is what really sold me. Makes skin glow too.

Azelaic acid has been SO good for my skin.
What azelaic acid is good for:
• Redness + rosacea-prone skin
• Oily + acne-prone skin
• Breakouts + clogged pores
• Dark spots + post-acne marks
• Uneven skin tone
• Inflammation
• Brighter, more even-looking skin

Who I think should look into it: anyone dealing with redness, uneven tone, acne or lingering marks after breakouts.

I started slowly, then worked up to using it with my tretinoin every third night using the sandwich method.

Mine is prescription, but I linked the anua one bc I’ve heard REALLY good things about.

this hair towel is so good. It absorbs a ton of water without me having to rub my hair with a regular towel, so that means less frizz, less pulling on wet hair and my hair dries so much faster. And it actually stays on my head. I have the matching robe too and love it. *ignore my giant forehead pimple that unexpectedly decided to make an appearance 😑
