i’m 42 and i’ve tried every anti-aging treatment. here are my honest pain ratings 👇
1.co2 laser — spicy but manageable. 100% worth it.
2.filler — barely felt it. but i’m done with filler now though.
3.lip lift — surprisingly painless
4.acupuncture — relaxing honestly. zero pain.
5.hydrafacial — feels like a facial. no pain at all.
6.in-office microneedling — actually find this relaxing but spicy around the nose
7.sculptra — this one got me. most painful on the list.
8.teeth bleaching — not nearly as bad as the horror stories I heard, just annoying but SO worth it
9.prp — I found this kind of painful and didn’t see many benefits
10.yag laser — completely painless
11.at-home microneedling — nothing compared to the real thing.
12.lip filler — painful! Wait, I will still do this for filler, but I don’t do it very often because it lasts forever
13.rf microneedling — hurt and I’m afraid of fat loss never again. next up: xerf laser.
14.botox — quick pinch. easiest thing
15.ipl laser — little spicy but so worth it.
16.dermaplaning — zero pain, weirdly satisfying.
17. microcurrent— nothing. feels like a face massage.

as a busy mom of 4, i’ve tried every beauty treatment that promises to make life easier… here’s my honest ratings on what’s actually worth it

1. lip blush — I don’t dislike it, i just still reach for lip liner and lipstick.
2. teeth bleaching — do it. just do it. obsessed forever.
3. hydrafacial — expected more, def not wowed. I can get this glow at home.
4. dermaplaning — non negotiable. smoother skin, better makeup, smooth skin.
5. at home hair removal — works but you have to be patient. Just don’t wear lip gloss when zapping your mustache 😅
6. tooth bonding — wish i did it sooner. Made SUCH life changing. Requires rebinding sometimes though from wear.
7. wefts / k-tips — when they’re good they’re great. finding the right stylist is everything.
8. this viral spray tan — learning curve is real but once you get it, you get it.
9. brow tattoo — waking up with brows every day changed my life. yessss.
10. lash serum — longer, fuller lashes with zero effort. also yessss.

For the Levi jeans, click on the actual Levi site I linked for the 34 inch inseam tall girls! Run tts, but if you’re in between sizes, size up. For skin flooding, start with toners first and then essences. Usually use 2 to 3 of each. You apply wet upon wet. I use the hyaluronic acid I linked for slip and then I apply one of the two growth factors that I linked directly after for microneedling. i’m wearing a medium in the Pucci top.

I’m wearing my usual size! I own the Khaite jeans so it’s easy for me to compare the two. Like I said, they’re a little bit shorter than the Kate jeans but not drastically. I’m 5’10. They come in no longer inseam, up to 34 inches if you click on the Levi’s link.
