The Bosch is a BEAST. It has a 6qt capacity, and I love how mess free baking is when I use it because it has a LID so no more flour flying out of the bowl! Would I choose it over a Kitchenaid, no, BUT for pros or anyone who bakes in large amounts, the Bosch is a beast at busting out 3-6X times the amount of cookie dough I would make per batch in a Kitchenaid, even with the same bowl capacity, but all because it can be enclosed.
