Dehydrators are used often in cookie decorating (hence why mine is so big!) but we use ours often to make beef jerky and dried fruits. The Gourmia brand one tagged below is smaller BUT is an all-in-one so it does a lot more than just dehydrate. It would be perfect for the average family who wants to have the option but maybe not a dedicated, large one. The larger one tagged below isn’t the same as the one I have (mine is an outdated model) but this one is beloved in the cookie world and would be perfect for people who maybe have a man in their life that hunts!
