Here are 3 steps to be more confident, even if you’re starting from ground zero:
1. Stop squeezing into those small clothes and size up. Your worth is not defined by a number on a tag. Size up if you need to and stop squeezing into clothes that are too small, because I promise you will look better in clothes that fit you well.
2. Invest in yourself. The better you look, the better you feel. Go slap some gel on your hair, paint your nails; you don’t have to go to the nail shop. Buy yourself some nine-dollar clusters if that makes you feel good.
3. Follow people who look like you. Stop wishing, hoping, and dreaming that you can have the bodies of other people because it’s actually not helping your confidence. It’s demeaning who you are. #confidence #plussize #torrid
