This is an EASY tutu tutorial anyone can do! You just need a needle and thread, an elastic waistband, and tulle. I used a 1.25” elastic band. I’ve linked a 1” band on amazon but that should work just as well! These are so cute and work for any theme or holiday. Just switch up the tulle colors to match your party! This birthday theme was One In A Melon so I used red, green, and black to match the watermelons.
