These are really stylish and come with a small case you can hook to your keys. They fit well in my ears as well!

To make it through losing weight and working out in a cut, here’s are what I use on a daily!

Preworkout - after week 1, I’m exhausted and this is the boost I need. I prefer the individual packets since it takes me longer to go through a whole container
Water Bottle - Owala
Shaker - cute for the preworkout
Food Scale - measure my portions when counting calories and Macros
