What I do is something called “skin cycling” what it it? .. a skincare routine that involves alternating between using active ingredients and giving your skin time to rest.
I’ve struggled with acne years & years ago. After going to the dermatologist & years & years of research on what works best for MY skin. I’ve finally founded the products.
I always use my “La Roche Posay Toner” every Monday-Thursday MORNING & NIGHT. Friday MORNING. Saturday-Sunday MORNING & NIGHT.
My “La Roche Posay Thermal Spring
Water” I use every MONDAY-SUNDAY NIGHT!
As “The Ordinary Caffeine Solution” I use every Monday-Thursday MORNING & NIGHT. Friday MORNING. Saturday-SUNDAY MORNING & NIGHT.
Innisfree - every night except Monday-Thursday & Friday
Tretinoin - every Tuesday NIGHT. Saturday & Sunday NIGHT.
Clindamycin - every night for a “toner” before my skincare.
“La Roche Posay Toner” - Every morning!
Monday & Thursday MORNING I use my “Clindamycin” with my “The Ordinary Caffeine Solution” & my “La Roche Posay Double Repair Face Moisturizer with SPF 30”
Monday & Thursday NIGHT (not listed but tagged) I always start out with my “Clindamycin” then use my “The Ordinary Caffeine Solution” Lastly, I use my “TheInkeyList Blemish Night Treatment
Tuesday & Wednesday MORNING I like to use my “The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid” serum following my eye cream & moisturizer. As well as Saturday & Sunday Morning.
Tuesday - Wednesday & Saturday - Sunday at NIGHT I use “The Ordinary Niacinamide Serum” following the eye cream & the moisturizer (Innisfree)

I always wash my face everyday starting out with my “Anua Heart leaf Pore Control Cleansing Oil.” I wash my face with my cleansing oil for 2 minutes. Monday, Thursday, & Saturday I like to use my “PanOxyl” face wash. I like to wash for 1 minutes + leave on face for 1 minutes & wash.
Tuesday, Wednesday & Sunday I like to use my “La Roche Posay Hydrating Gentle Cleanser” again wash for 2 minutes.
Friday night I give my skin a break & I will wipe my face with my “Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water All-in-1 Waterproof”
Every morning Monday-Friday I use my “La Roche Posay Purifying Foaming Cleanser” for 2 minutes.
I give Saturday & Sunday morning a break with my face wash & again will wipe my face with my micellar water!
