It’s December 1st, which is usually the time of year when routines get messy and the holidays try to pull us in a million directions. But this is also when staying committed to ourselves matters the most. I share my workouts not to brag, but to keep myself accountable. Week after week, the only things that get me through are consistency, dedication, and choosing to show up even when it’s hard, and trust me, it’s hard every single day. What helps me stay on track is switching up my workouts but keeping my non-negotiable: walking. I get in at least 30 minutes in my weighted vest five days a week. I just treated myself to the @onepeloton tread and I cannot wait to add incline walking into the routine. If you’re feeling thrown off by the season, you’re not alone, we all are.
