I woke up feeling like poop and spent the day trying to pump myself up for my after work workout. I didn’t want to do it but I’m glad I got my ass up and moving. Working out, to me, is more than moving my body. I do it to help my brain. The feeling I get after I put in a great workout (even if I skip on burpees 😉) makes dragging myself there worth it.
