The sunrise slowly starts around 30 minutes before I wake up (this can be customized) and the gentle noise is so calming and wakes me up without me wanting to snooze and go back to bed. I always feel so refreshed even after a few hours of sleep! 110% would recommend to anyone that has trouble either sleeping at night or waking in the morning!
