This sunrise alarm clock has changed my life! The sunrise slowly starts around 30 minutes before I wake up (this can be customized) and the gentle noise is so calming and wakes me up without me wanting to snooze and go back to bed. I always feel so refreshed even after a few hours of sleep! 110% would recommend to anyone that has trouble either sleeping at night or waking in the morning!

Ingredients: - RawMix Ancient Grains Wild Ocean Recipe - Bone Broth - The Daily Super Supplement - Omega Fish Oil - Salmon and Cod Mousse - Surf & Turf Gently Cooked Recipe - Apples for toppers!
