I’m always looking for simple ways to increase my protein intake, and honestly, the only way I consistently hit my goals is by supplementing with a protein powder.

I recently started trying this clean protein made from grass-fed beef, and one of the reasons it caught my attention is that so many people say it’s easier to digest and doesn’t leave them feeling bloated.

This morning I added one scoop of the unflavored version to my bone broth with the juice of half a lemon and used an electric whisk to blend everything together. It’s such an easy way to add extra protein to my day.
