Today’s wash day was a success! So happy I decided to upgrade my hot tools because they definitely make a difference! This T3 Airebrush Duo was worth the price tag 😍

The paddle brush attachment even has a comb teeth on the sides for extra straightening power. A good blow dry sets you up for a great flat ironing session!

Anyone else struggle to revive their hair after a sweaty workout? Maintaining my hair has been my #1 challenge with my fitness journey for over a decade now! TIP: Keeping my headband on & letting it dry fully until after I’ve showered has helped!

Share any tips that work for you! I’ve tried A LOT, but would love to hear what works for you!

Here’s a peek into what I do when I need to refresh my hair for an on camera meeting or something important! It’s not perfect, but it’ll do! I work remotely & I try not to put unnecessary stress on my hair.

My hair is currently keratin treated, but I’m growing out my relaxer as well! Lots going on so maintaining my hair’s health it’s important to me, although I’ve become really lazy with my haircare routine 🙈
