My hairdresser turned me onto this product for touch-ups in between appointments. My lighting wasn’t the best in this video, but this is a great tool to have on your vanity!

My mom and I are back with another Housecoat Product Review, this time trying the IG popular @lauragellerbeauty, makeup for mature skin. I was intrigued after seeing multiple people and celebrities (Jennie Garth, Giuliani Rancic, Fran Dresher, etc.) makeovers on IG and purchased their Baked Starter Kit which includes a Baked Balance-N-Brighten powder, Best of the Best Baked Full Face Palette and brush. This video is the very first time either of us had tried it.

I will report that we both have continued to like it more each time we’ve used it over the past couple of months. It gives you such a healthy glow (my favorite product is their Baked Highlighter in Portofino). The day that we filmed this video, we went to lunch, and we could NOT stop telling each other how incredible our face, and make up looked out in the natural light! We immediately ordered another kit so we each had our own.

The main Baked-N-Balanced powder has taken some getting used to for both of us who typically like more coverage, but we both have been impressed by how well it stays on throughout the day. We also both like more under eye lightening so we use other items in our cosmetics bag for that.
