It’s been super cold here - we are under an extreme cold weather advisory right now. 🥶 My Pajar winter Parka is my go-to in these cold temps, it has 550 down insulation. It also has a really great hood that can adapt for the weather. This coat hits just above the knee in length. I’m wearing an XS but could have went up to a small, I find the shoulders a bit snug.

I typically order small-tall (I’m 5’10) in the scrub pants but had room in them so I thought I would try x-small-talk this time, they are a bit too snug for my liking. 👀 I’m happy with how the under scrub top fits - esp for my long arms!! 🙌
