Proof you don't need a flight across the country for a real break. This is only our second time doing a mom's staycation, but it's officially our new favorite tradition! Close to home, zero responsibilities, and entirely dedicated to recharging and having fun.

We laughed A LOT, talked nonstop, got to enjoy several meals uninterrupted, got to feel pampered and beautiful, and truly got to recharge our souls 🫶🏼 A day/night like this should be a requirement for all moms and our mental health!!!

Fall is officially laser season because we’re getting less sun exposure, making it the absolute best time to start or restart treatments.

I recently went into BeWell Family Care on their Becoming You Wellness side here in Carmel for laser hair removal, and I had to share my experience.

Backstory: I actually had laser hair removal done about 15 years ago, but after having two kids, breastfeeding twice, and dealing with all those wonderful postpartum hormonal changes, my hair growth definitely shifted.
