If jeans are your go-to for the holidays, you’re my kind of person. The secret to making them work for festive occasions is all in the styling. Start with an elevated pair—think dark wash with a long leg to channel the look of trousers. From there, keep the rest of your outfit elevated and polished. For this look, I paired my favorite dressy jeans (dark wash flares from GAP, sized up in a "short" inseam) with a sheer polka dot blouse layered under a black velvet blazer (size 10). Black suede kitten-heel ankle boots elevate the look more than standard leather ankle boots, while a structured bag with right angles feels more polished than a slouchy bucket or hobo bag. This sequined clutch ups the festive factor. For jewelry, I chose a chunky crystal necklace and drop earrings to add just the right amount of sparkle. holidayoutfit LTKHoliday LTKMidsize LTKOver40
