It’s not another collagen serum. This Kiehl’s serum is different. 👀 PR gift — opinions are my own. I’ve tried quite a few collagen serums from K-beauty brands. While I love the hydration, some formulas are just too heavy for my combination-to-dry skin. They can feel greasy, clog my pores, and some even break me out like crazy. 😅 What makes Kiehl’s 1cc CollaShot Plumping Serum* interesting is the technology behind it. It’s formulated with recombinant collagen polypeptides and uses Kiehl’s Supra-Liposomal delivery system, designed to help deliver the serum actives up to 10 surface layers deep. It also contains vitamin B12 and rhamnose to target visible signs of aging, firmness and radiance. The whole “CollaShot” concept makes sense—the brand describes it as collagen technology that “plumps without the needle.” On my skin, it feels surprisingly lightweight. It blends and absorbs easily, gives me plenty of hydration, and leaves my skin glowy without exaggerating my large pores. I also find that the pink serum slightly brightens my complexion. I think it’s especially nice for combination-to-dry and dry skin, or even oily skin during colder weather. At $55 for 30ml, it’s definitely more expensive than most K-beauty collagen serums I’ve tried. But for me, it’s worth it. Would you pay $55 for it? 👀 Kiehls CollagenSerum MatureSkin SkincareOver50 HydratingSerum
