The powder layer of this toner absorbs oil effectively, making it more suitable for oily, and combo to oily skin rather than dry and sensitive skin as the product claims. 🌟 This doesn’t mean I had a negative reaction to it, but I did feel my skin was a bit tight after using this toner so I would apply a serum and moisturizer in no time.
