Since finding out I have bone loss, I’ve been looking for simple ways to add more weight-bearing movement into my day. 💪🏼

One of my favorites? Wearing my weighted vest while I CLEAN! 😂 Vacuuming, doing laundry, picking up around the house… I’m already moving, so why not carry a little extra weight while I do it?

It doesn’t replace my strength training, but I love that I can easily work it into things I’m already doing.
