I used to wear the high impact mascara because that’s what I had started using in my teens and 20’s because my mom did. I liked it because it would wipe off with just a washcloth and water but went away from it because I wanted longer fuller lashes. I was so excited to find this Clinique hi fi high impact mascara on a recent trip to ULta. It has the same washable but wearable quality but with some added oomph! Yay!
