Starting my day with a Morning Run 🏃🏽♀️✨ I lightly ran in short intervals in between walking and stretching along the way so i didn’t over do it or hurt myself. If you’ve never used a vest before, I’d start with a much lighter weight and walking vs any running. I walk with it WAY MORE than i run. Make sure to keep yours tightly strapped to your chest. I didn’t have the patience to adjust mine but i did after this run!
