Sharing the protein pancake muffin recipe below ⬇️ 🧁 Protein Pancake Muffins (Kodiak Mix) • 2 cups Kodiak pancake mix • 1 cup milk • 2 eggs • Optional: cinnamon, vanilla, berries or chocolate chips Mix everything together, divide into a greased muffin tin, and bake at 375°F for 16–20 minutes or until set.
