1. Everyone told me to start with mat Pilates because of my back pain and being out of shape. It was harder on me and made me think Pilates wasn’t for people like me. Week 2 of reformer and I’m shocked I can do almost everything. It supports my back. It doesn’t baby me. And clearly Pilates isn’t just for skinny girls. 19/10 recommend. 2. Really enjoying salads in this season - this one is packed with apple strawberries, blueberries, sunflower seeds, pine nuts, pecans and almonds. I also included pomegranate seeds, a date and rotisserie chicken. We’re still working on the perfect dressing but so far my go to is a champagne vinaigrette. 3. My husband has been going to Pilates with me - not for emotional support but because in his body building it turns out he really needs this too. The best part for me is looking over at him and seeing him struggle to do something for once 🤣 4.
