TBH I built this for my nieces, but my kids will definitely use it someday! It’s one of the best Summer distractions, and you can build one too! The best part? It only took 10 steps! • First, comment “lemon” and I’ll send you the full materials and tools list. Then save this post to come back for the instructions when you’re ready to do the actual build! (See Steps Below) • DIY Lemonade Stand: 1. I based this build around my 4 foot lifetime table! So first, I made 1x3 frames the exact size of my table (about 4x2 for the front and 2x2 for the sides). Attach the 1x3’s together using pocket screws. 2. With the frames assembled I cut down a ship lap panel to fit inside the frames and attached it with a nail gun. 3. I then cut four 2x2’s to 6 feet tall to act as the posts. 4. I secured two of the posts to the front frame using 2” trim head screws. 5. I attached some spare door hinges to the posts and then to the side frames to allow for the sides to fold in for storage. 6. I then attached the other two posts to the side frames using the same trim head screws. 7. I then cut scallops out of the remaining shiplap panels pieces by tracing scallops with a can of formula and cutting it out with a jigsaw. 8. I attached these to the top of the posts on the front and side. I only attached the side scallops to a single side post to allow for the hinges to still work. 9. I added 1x2 furring strips as trim to the top of the scallops. 10. Decorate! I found a chalk board at Hobby Lobby and nailed it to the front. The rest was decor from Walmart!
