My Brutally Honest Review: Is this $129 CeCe fall dress worth it?

The fitted waist is flattering without clinging, and the burgundy print works beautifully for fall workwear, or a weekend outfit. I especially appreciate that it’s made from a breathable stretch-cotton blend rather than polyester.

My one hesitation is the high, narrow V-neck. It’s the most flattering neckline, but it is subtle and work appropriate. Wearing a long necklace would add to this dress. At 5’3”, the 50-inch length also fits me more like a maxi than a midi.

Overall verdict: 8/10 and a keep for the fabric, feminine silhouette and work-to-weekend versatility. I’m wearing a size 12.
