A much needed reset for the New Year! ✨This was my first time using @olaplex No 3 and 0 and the shampoo and conditioner and I was very pleased with the experience! I loved the Leave In and Oil for my blow out and steam roller set too 🫶🏽 I used the @myrevair for my blow out and ran through my hair again with the @revlon One Step Blow dryer brush to get my hair as straight as possible for my trim. I did a dumb thing and now I have heat damage 🥲 but I found a positive to this negative - I finally got to discover Redken’s Acid Bonding Curls products after they gifted them to me a while ago. The conditioner has my heart y’all. This video is a few weeks old but I recently started detangling WHILE rinsing this conditioner out and now it takes me under 10 mins to detangle my whole head 🥹 I will record this and post about it soon because it changed my life 😭 I still love my K18 Damage Shield, but this conditioner is definitely up there! Loved the shampoo and leave in too 🫶🏽

Product buildup can have us thinking our hair is something it’s not!!

These are both older videos and the first one was after shampooing with a moisturizing shampoo and the second one was right after I did a bentonite clay mask. Say what you will about it but it’ll help get a lot of oils, plasticizers, silicones, etc. out of your hair pretty quickly. When I had more time on my hands I would do one 1-2 times a month! Striving to get back to that 🙌🏽

What’s a bentonite clay mask? It’s a powder that can be mixed with water or ACV and it clarifies and detoxifies the hair! Let me know if you’d like some more content on this. I have a few videos but they’re from a long time ago and I bet a lot of yall haven’t seen it! I’d be happy to reshare ☺️
