attn: thick, coily, type 4 girlies… wash day starts BEFORE the shower.

If your hair is dense like mine, don’t hop straight under water. Prep first.

Here’s what I do before almost every wash day:

🖤 remove shed hairs by detangling in sections w/ prepoo
🖤 use oil on my scalp to help strengthen my follicles & prevent drying out
🖤 add oil to ends to help with dryness

Doing this first prevents worse tangles, makes detangling easier, and helps reduce breakage in the shower and honestly just makes life so much easier

Detangling type 4 hair can def be a journey but both of these products are super effective at softening the hair and providing slip 🫶🏽 while one is used mainly as a pre shampoo, the other can be used as a refresher or to prep for styling!
