attn: thick, coily, type 4 girlies… wash day starts BEFORE the shower.

If your hair is dense like mine, don’t hop straight under water. Prep first.

Here’s what I do before almost every wash day:

🖤 remove shed hairs by detangling in sections w/ prepoo
🖤 use oil on my scalp to help strengthen my follicles & prevent drying out
🖤 add oil to ends to help with dryness

Doing this first prevents worse tangles, makes detangling easier, and helps reduce breakage in the shower and honestly just makes life so much easier

Save this for your next wash day ☺️

Decided to call my pregnancy self-care series “Glowing while Growing✨”

Part 1 is focused on taking a moment to really pamper and enjoy myself during my showers and focus on me and baby 💙
