True story: I borrowed an Elsa costume to wear to Disney on Ice to surprise my daughter. I was all set to wear it, but the night before, I decided to Google to see if other adults were costumes. I was fully expecting to get some Reddit thread saying most don’t, but some do… just wanted to be mentally prepared to be one of the only ones in costume. 🤣 Luckily, Google led me to Disney on Ice’s FAQ, which stated anyone over 14 is not permitted to wear costumes and will be turned away at the door. Imagine how horrible that would have been?! 😂😳

Anyway, Amazon overnight to the rescue with this on-theme T-shirt. It’s actually incredibly comfortable, too. Super soft!

Don’t sleep on this spin on rice krispie treats. We can’t keep a batch in the house for longer than 24 hours—they’re dangerously good.

Melt 4 tablespoons of butter (unsalted ftw!) in the micro. Stir in a 10.5 oz bag of mini marshmallows. Stir. Pop the whole thing back in the microwave 30-45 seconds until the marshmallows get nice and soft. Stir until smooth. Add in 5 cups of rice krispies, 1 cup of fruity pebbles, and 1 more cup of mini marshmallows. Stir to combine. Pop in a dish. Smooth out. Wait for things to firm up. Cut and try not to eat the whole tray in one sitting.

Rainbow Grilled Cheese

Is it a low-maintenance dinner for a Monday? Maybe not, but it’s surprisingly easy and a fun way to make a usual more interesting. (My kids wouldn’t touch grilled cheese until I put this spin on it!) It’s also perf for St. Patrick’s Day.

Put one drop of food coloring in a small bowl (one for each color), add a small handful of shredded mozz, and stir. Swipe outer sides of sandwich with mayo (trust me, it’s way better than butter!), add cheese to non-mayo side of one slice in rainbow order and pop other slice on top with mayo side up, brown each side over medium heat until golden, crispy, and melted inside.
