And that’s what I love about the brand I use. At any time you want your hair to get a different result, switching or adding something to the regimen to achieve the desired result is doable with all the options. I kept my color treated shampoo since I dye my hair every 6-7 weeks. I swapped out my conditioner for a thickening conditioner. I kept my aging/hyaluronic acid & frizz prep. I incorporated a hair mask twice a week instead of once. I swapped my scalp treatments from a different brand to the same brand as my shampoo/conditioner/etc. I added in a split end treatment even though I didn’t have split ends. I really wanted to focus on rehabbing that stringy look from the thinning shears. Swapped my hair oil to a different one to help bring that sleek feel & look back. And of course I kept my hair perfume because if you’ve smelled it then you already know it’s heavenly. But here’s the thing. This isn’t an over night thing. When you’re rehabbing your hair IT TAKES TIME. Just like a skin care routine takes time so does hair care. You have to stay consistent & pour yourself into the process.
