Transitioning to a low-tox lifestyle does not happen all at once.

I literally just made 2 of these 3 swaps this week! I know a low-tox lifestyle can feel daunting but take it a couple items at a time!

Here is what I recently replaced for my kids…

- Plastic cups ➡️ stainless steel cups

After starting this lifestyle about 8 years ago I am STILL swapping things out. It depends on budget, convenience if I’m being honest, and just takes time!

Reese’s but make them pumpkin and healthy🧡 these pumpkin molds are the CUTEST!

Filling: peanut butter, pumpkin purée, maple syrup, and pumpkin pie spice.

Melted down coconut oil and dark chocolate chips for the outside! Freeze the first layer of chocolate for 10 minutes. Add the filling and freeze for 10 minutes. Add the layer of chocolate on top and freeze for a couple of hours. Easy delicious fall treat!
