I love playing around with statement walls, mirrors to open up the space, and nightstands that don’t match for a little extra dimension. Always feels good seeing the rooms come together just in time for hosting.

Love taking a simple bedroom and giving it some life through tints, textures, and layers. A few quick tips if you’re styling your own:

✨ When adding mirrors above your nightstands, match their width to the nightstand. To find the perfect height, take your ceiling height, subtract your nightstand height, then subtract about 5 inches, that’s your sweet spot.
✨ For bedding, layer larger pillows in the back and smaller ones up front for a polished look.
✨ If you’re installing wallpaper, always confirm your square footage with your contractor and let them know if your walls are textured or smooth, it affects how well the paper adheres.
✨ And bedding doesn’t have to be pricey, most of mine is from Amazon, with the throw cover from CB2.

Simple swaps and small details make a big difference in pulling a room together.
