If it’s not giving hibernation, I don’t want it. 🤣 But for real, the temps have dropped in MI, and I just want to be cozy and warm.

On another note, I’m no longer allowed to buy anything in any shade of green. 😅

Making myself a priority has been hard lately. Some days even getting a shower feels like a struggle, when I’m trying to fit everything into slivers of time. And let’s face it, not taking care of yourself can have a huge impact on your mental health. So I’ve been trying to push myself to get ready a few days a week.

Now, we might not be doing full glam everyday. But getting ready can consist of getting an outfit that I put effort into on. Not just the first clean thing I found. It might look like my “mom fit” with make up done. Whatever it is, it’s me taking sometime to put effort into myself. And it has been helping my confidence and to bring me back to myself.
