Making myself a priority has been hard lately. Some days even getting a shower feels like a struggle, when I’m trying to fit everything into slivers of time. And let’s face it, not taking care of yourself can have a huge impact on your mental health. So I’ve been trying to push myself to get ready a few days a week.

Now, we might not be doing full glam everyday. But getting ready can consist of getting an outfit that I put effort into on. Not just the first clean thing I found.
