Skin update! Today was the first step in figuring out what’s going on, and honestly… we’re in this together now. 😂

My aesthetician started me on a cleansing serum from @skinbetter. I’ll use it at night this week, then introduce it into my morning routine next.

She also recommended something I never do… washing my face in the morning. I’ve always been a “just wash at night” girl. 😅

Next step: calling my dermatologist on Monday to rule out anything bacterial that might need an antibiotic or additional treatment.

Today’s facial was simple — high frequency on breakout areas, extractions, a calming mask, serums, and a massage that almost put me to sleep.

Excited for next month’s appointment where we’re doing a DiamondGlow facial! ✨

Here’s to taking small steps and trusting the process. 🤍✨
