LEVEL 46!!!!!! I’ve never been someone who gets upset about getting older. Every birthday feels like another layer of wisdom, growth, healing, and perspective added to my life. I love the process. I love who I’m becoming. And I love the versions of myself I’ve learned to forgive and leave behind. A new year always feels like a reset for me. New goals. New adventures. New ways to grow. I’m a life lover an adventure seeker and someone who’s always excited to see where the next chapter leads. Last year was beautiful, and honestly, I have a feeling this one will be too. I started off Level 46 @coldsweat.club in Chesterfield. Over 100-degree heat, followed by plunging into 40-something-degree water, then relaxing under infrared light while questioning every decision that led me there. Shocked by the experience is an understatement. It was intense! I loved it! After that, Marco and I did a private yoga class, then I grabbed my favorite seafood salad from @da_francescos Later that night, I was surprised by some of my cousins who I’m incredibly thankful for. Life changes people and relationships over the years, and somehow they stepped in and filled spaces in my heart I didn’t even realize felt empty.
